The software, the "Kairós" brand, the design, texts and other content are owned by the Operator or used under licence. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Kairós is not tax, accounting or legal advice. It computes deadlines for guidance from the data provided and does not file forms with the IRS or the states. The user is solely responsible for verifying and meeting their obligations.
